![]() ![]() In BIOS my drives are detected ie Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB, Seagate HDD 2TB and Seagate HDD 500GB but cant change the boot priority option.Just got a new PRIME Z690M-PLUS D4 and am trying to boot off of my Crucial P1 1TB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD (CT1000P1SSD8). The BIOS recognizes the storage, but it does not show as a boot option. To use a disk drive with your computer, you need to connect two different power cords. One SATA cable will be between the motherboard and the disk drive. As for SSD preparation, delete everything from it and let it stay in RAW mode (no defined partitions and no formatting), keep only that SSD connected. After first reboot when windows finishes. In the ASUS BIOS under "Boot Menu" is says: "The system cannot find any bootable devices".
